Open the door to a life beyond Cancer
Gilda's Club is a unique cancer support community. We offer social and emotional support to anyone and everyone impacted by cancer - free of charge.
Cancer affects the entire social circle including family and friends. Our warm, home-like clubhouse will provide a space where people living with cancer, along with their friends, family, care givers, co-workers can join together to create individual and collective support.
After our official opening of the Clubhouse, the programs will include: Groups & networking, yoga, and other exercise classes, book club, journaling, art, financial planning, pain management, social activities and more - all facilitated by trained professionals.
Over 100,000 people seek treatment in the cancer clinic here in Kingston each year. Gilda's Club offers a warm welcoming community of support – a place where they have the control. They control what and how much they participate in our programs.
Where can you find us? Look for us on the corner of Rideau Street and Ordnance Street in downtown Kingston. We welcome anyone in the surrounding area including Cornwall, Brockville, Smiths Falls, Gananoque, Napanee and Belleville to Peterborough.
Your donation will help open the doors to our community of support. Gilda's Club mission statement is to ensure all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community. No one should have to face cancer alone – at Gilda's Club Southeastern Ontario, no one will have to.
